  *** Terrible property management company. We hired Elliot late last year to manager our property. They do not disclose all of their fees up front and submit work orders several times a month that total $200+. Terrible communication with owners and their cleaning crew do a terrible job. They give the tenants the option to clean themselves and charge them $35 to come out to inspect the property, but they never inspect it. Multiple times we arrived to a disgusting home and one of them was after they charged us $180 for a deep cleaning. I am not one to write reviews, but I wish someone had warned us before we hired them!!

  I have had the best experience with the company. The staff is personable nod customer service oriented. The properties are very clean and maintained. I can not say enough about this wonderful company.
